All 8 pages need to be filled in and by signing the consent form, you are confirming that you have read, understood and agree to the terms, conditions and policies as stated in the Parent Information Pack above.
Childcare Voucher scheme
Please click the document icon for information about the Government's Childcare Voucher Scheme. You will need our Ofsted registration number (EY2669978), but it could save you substantial sums of money. Once you have had a look if you have questions please do ask us about it.
