We recognise that after-schools care of your children is to look after the most precious person in your life. If we lost a child - well, it doesn't bear thinking about. We pride ourselves on a strong relationship with Ofsted over the past 12 years. We provide a thoroughly professional, well staffed and well trained support service for busy working Mums & Dads right through until 6 o'clock Monday to Thursday and 5 o'clock on Fridays. This is so much more than 'baby sitting', but if you have good job that relies on you, you can rely on us in turn.

ZAC has created a true home from home for our children. They are so supportive, kind, and adapt to every child's needs. My daughter started reception this year and she already is so confident and happy there. My son has significant SEND and ZAC put together huge effort to create policies and procedures that would support him to attend safely and happily.
My child feels safe and nurtured at ZAC. Staff know her well and provide excellent care for her. When I arrive to collect her she is usually finishing off a puzzle with a member of staff, or reading a book. Staff are always friendly and incredibly responsive with any queries. As a single parent ZAC has been an essential service for me and I have full confidence in them. Zeals After-school Club has provided excellent care for my Year 1 daughter since she started school last year. The great rapport with the children is very clear to see on pick up, staff are engaged with the children and keep them suitably entertained by supplying arts and crafts, imaginative play options and sports equipment (weather permitting).
The formalities are clear, having the sign out sheet readily available on pick up and staff are happy to let you know how your child has been in the time they've been in their care. The bus pick up/drop off is always very well organised which adds a massive trust value when relying on the team with such an important aspect. Overall, the club is extremely flexible with bookings and well organised especially with last minute add ons and cancellations. Their assistance in our particular experience has been incredible and they were more than willing to be on standby when we were expecting our 2nd child - giving our daughter a safe space to go until another family member could pick up. This shows their empathetic nature as a team and we'll always be grateful!
My child doesn't actually NEED to go to ZAC each week, but we send them because of the change of scenery from being at home, the extra engagement with children from other schools and how much fun they have when they're there! The purpose of ZAC alongside the childcare aspect is to provide a "home after school" and they absolutely achieve that. We will continue to send our child to ZAC as long as we can.
